A piece of maybe dramatic video shot at the Humboldt Bay harbor entrance has been making the social media rounds and inspiring commentary this week. In the clip, an unidentified ship can be seen pushing through intense surf that, at times, all but envelopes it while bystanders on shore drop several “holy shit”s.
Here at LoCOHQ — from whence “holy shit”s also emanated — discussion ensued about how wise this daring captain’s maritime maneuvering was. Maybe this appears normal to the more salty among us!
