Hank's 'Straight Lines' Map

Description

This seems pretty good. Everyone gets some retail, everyone gets some parks. It tries to use major streets — Buhne, Harris, C, J, 7th, Broadway — as lines of demarcation, and it does pretty well. Things only get a little raggedy on the borders of the Fifth and Fourth wards, and a little on the border of the First and the Fifth.

Major changes: It gives all of Henderson Center to the Third Ward, and half of the West Side to the Fifth.

It just makes sense. Political problems, though: It puts Natalie Arroyo and Kim Bergel both in the Third Ward, and Heidi Messner and Austin Allison both in the Fourth Ward.
