* WHAT…Very cold temperatures as low as 22 expected for inland areas. Very cold temperatures as low as 27 expected for coastal areas.
* WHERE…Southern Mendocino Interior, Southwestern Humboldt and Mendocino Coast, and Southern Lake.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
