Chana Masala, plain naan, basmati rice: Chickpeas in a tangy tomato, onion and ten (10) spice sauce. Our version is adapted from Old Delhi street recipes.

Turkey Chili Verde topped with sauteed spicy pepper mix, black beans, avocado, green cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, pepper jack and chipotle lime creme. Served on a Vellutini French roll with a side of chips and salsa. MMmmmm, Satortay lunch… Recommended Beer pairing: Jamaica Red
