Jarlsberg with mushrooms sautéed in white wine and fresh herbs, with stone-ground mustard, on sourdough bread grilled in house garlic butter. Served 6:00 to 10:00 or til we run outta bread. Pairs well with a “Moulin Rouge” (our lemongrass infused gin, sweet-lime shrub, & absinthe rinse)!
