Bergenost (a Norwegian triple-cream “butter cheese” similar to Havarti), Brie, Belgian pale ale, onions, garlic, nutmeg, & a hint of jalapeño. Pairs well w/ an “Outlander” (our ginger & turmeric infused scotch with fresh lemon juice, honey simple syrup, and candied ginger)!

Ground filet mignon burgers served with pomme frites and all of the fixings. Option to add cheese or bacon.
