For the latest edition of Flatmo’d, LoCO’s coaster artist Duane Flatmo says he was inspired after recently witnessing a guy dropping a deuce near a Eureka business in broad daylight. Now that Arcata offers a public restroom, Duane thinks it might be time for Eureka to catch up and upgrade its facilities.
