King Salmon residents are furiously attempting to grow gills to better adapt to the neighborhood’s pesky winter high tides. The accompanying photos were sent to LoCO by resident Andrew McFarland, who also noted this is an annual occurrence ‘round them parts.
“Every year in December and January we get these really high tides and the bay comes rolling into our yards,” McFarland said via Facebook.
