Red Bluff Press Release:

The Red Bluff Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the early morning hours at the intersection of Antelope Boulevard and Rio Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Ryan Tullai from Humboldt County. The vehicle was also occupied by a female passenger identified as Sage Vallot also from Humboldt County.

During a search of the vehicle, officers located over 100 pounds of processed marijuana. Tullai and Vallot were both booked into the Tehama County Jail for transporting marijuana and possession of marijuana. Tullai was also booked for driving on a suspended license.
