Fortuna Police Press Release:
On January 10, 2014 Fortuna Police Department arrested Andrew Daniel Rodriquez, age 21 of San Jose California, for an outstanding Felony warrant for homicide.
Rodriguez was wanted in connection with the November shooting death of a San Jose teen and surrendered to officers in the 2600 block of Boone Street in Fortuna without incident.
Rodriguez was transported to Humboldt County Correctional Facility where he was booked and held for the felony warrant pending extradition back to San Jose.
