The Humboldt County Office of Education, in conjunction with Fortuna High, the Fortuna Police Department, the Fortuna Fire Department and others, is going to be conducting an emergency response drill here in a few moments. It’s going to be a big deal — streets shut, all that. The imaginary epicenter of the imaginary disaster is Fortuna High.

But it’s only a drill.
