Also planning a training…with Pamela Milsap of Mental Health on how to deal with mentally ill. 8 hour course.

Number 1: bring awareness people acknowledging that we have a problem.

Number 2: Empowering people. People are looking for answers. People giving tools to fight crime. 

Neighborhood watch group who wants to do patrols. Chief Mills.

Number 3: Force multiplier. Multiple people working together can make a difference. The more people you have the more likely you are to make a difference.
