As we noted here in Outpost land yesterday, tonight the Eureka City Council will vote on an “open space maintenance plan” aimed at providing guidelines for how to manage Eureka’s western waterfront, current site of Humboldt’s most populated homeless encampment. 

To add to the numerous perspectives available to you, our anonymous drone pilot friend “Aerial View” emailed LoCO this morning to let us know that the latest chapter of his or her Palco Marsh/Devil’s Playground now-trilogy is ready for YouTube viewing. The clip, which comes a month after the previous entry, clearly shows the attempts at consolidation urged by the Eureka Police Department of encampments to the Palco Marsh near Del Norte Street in the greenbelt’s northernmost segment.
