Earlier this afternoon someone with similar fashion sense to the gentleman pictured above was arrested near Gold Rush Coffee on Broadway in Eureka.
Brittany Powell, public information officer with the Eureka Police Department, confirms to the Outpost that Robert Cochran was taken into custody by EPD officers and also tells us that some of the Toys for Tots good ganked from the Bayshore Mall last night have been recovered, thankfully.
