Heavier rain has moved onshore for southern Humboldt and northern Mendocino counties this morning with overall conditions deteriorating throughout the rest of the morning and into the afternoon.
Combined with these rainy conditions we will see increasing southerly winds. Sustained wind speeds of 15-30 mph will be possible with gusts peaking up to 50 mph along the coast and higher gusts possible for the ridges over the inland areas.
