Those fond memories of springtime hanging over your head will soon be washed away by another spell of wet weather.

Several inches of rain are expected to fall across Humboldt County between tomorrow and next Thursday.

The National Weather Service of Eureka reports that moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible during this time, especially early next week.

Today and Sunday are expected to be the only dry days for the foreseeable future.

Monday is the first day of spring.
