Following their long Dia de los Muertos procession from Fortuna to Eureka, Measure K supporters held a rally on the Humboldt County Courthouse steps Sunday. The lively event featured tamales, a Dia de los Muertos altar, speeches and a mariachi band. Sights and sounds from the day can be found in the clip above.
