A Myrtletown resident tells the Outpost that he was the victim of a residential burglary which resulted in the loss of a couple of guns. 

The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to LoCO that the victim contacted them yesterday evening to report that his house on Harris Street had been broken into around 10:30 a.m. that day. Among the items reported stolen: keys to the residence, keys to the victim’s vehicle, a social security card and two registered firearms.

The victim passed on the images, above and below, captured by his surveillance system.
