Press release from the Eureka Police Department:

Parker

On May 14th, 17th, and 19th, the Eureka Police Department responded to reports of indecent exposure being committed by a male suspect in the vicinity of Eureka High School. During these incidents a male suspect approached juvenile females while in a vehicle. The suspect exposed his genitals and made sexually explicit comments to the victims. Through the investigation, Detectives identified the suspect as Aaron Albert Parker, 21 of Mansfield, Georgia. Parker has been residing in California for approximately 6 months.

As a result of the investigation a Ramey Warrant was issued today for Parker’s arrest. A short time later an EPD officer located Parker in his vehicle parked in the 1200 block of W. Del Norte Street in Eureka. Parker was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional facility on charges of; Contacting a minor under the age of 18 with the intent to commit a lewd act, Annoying or molesting a child, and Indecent Exposure. Parker is being held on $100,000 bail.
