With the win, the Tigers continued to roll towards another league crown and are now 9-0.
Albertini, however, gave Eureka fans plenty to cheer about, defeating Casey McAtasney 7-5, 6-4 at No. 1 singles.
Arcata’s Sydni Sobota, Kendra Flint and Makayla Bernald each won their singles matches in straight sets, defeating Jem Mia, Karli Powell and Kyra Dart, respectively.
Also in singles play, Arcata’s Simone Haggerty defeated Ivie Martin 8-1, and Ireland Sommer defeated Kalea Michaed 8-0.
In doubles action, Aimee Reiner and Keona Gutierrez teamed together to get the better of Albertini and Mia by a score of 6-1.
