Press release from the City of Eureka:

The City would like to thank its residents that have reached out to the Council and staff regarding the recently proposed Animal Ordinance.

In order to ensure that the City Council can hear everyone’s concerns over the proposed ordinance, staff will be scheduling a special workshop to engage all interested parties.

The adoption of the Animal Ordinance will not be on the November 5, 2019 Agenda. The workshop will be held at a later time once the ordinance has been completed.
