Freida Bannister was born Dec. 30, 1941 and passed away March 20. 2020.

Freida was a lifelong residence of Humboldt County and never missed a year of horse races at the local Humboldt County Fair.

Freida died peacefully in the loving hands of family and friends and will truly be missed.  She was diagnosed with cancer and was gone with in days, without pain. She just went to sleep.  

To anybody who knew and loved Freida and would like to donate please send donations to Hospice of Humboldt in her honor. They assembled  an amazing team, not just for her but family and friends.

There will be no funeral services as this was what Freida wanted. A celebration of life will be put together by friends and family after the “shelter ordinance” is lifted.

Freida was a lady that truly cared and will be remembered by all.
