The value pack at issue.
A reader writes:
I bought a value pack of tri-tip steaks from [REDACTED STORE] on Tuesday the 28th.
I cooked one up this morning and found a worm in it. [REDACTED STORE] dismissed it, saying it was a vein when it clearly is not. The ends come to a closed point and are not hollow. I made a complaint to corporate today. The manager of the department was not worried about others possibly getting sick.
I’ll let you decide if you think this is a worm or not

Worm or vein? We did a quick poll around the LoCO staff, and — fully aware that we possess only this photographic evidence, and are unable to examine or taste the object itself — we lean vein.
What do you think?
