In the midst of an ongoing criminal investigation into allegations of animal cruelty, fraud and theft at his Fortuna animal rescue sanctuary, Shannon Miranda has placed the 5,000-square-foot Las Vegas home he co-owns with husband James Oxborrow on the market for $1,099,950.

Miranda and Oxborrow purchased the home in February 2024, according to the Clark County, Nev., Assessor’s Office. It was placed on the real estate market late last week.
The home is part of a gated community with a homeowners’ association.
