1. Leach Multi-Family Residential Development
The Leach Multi-Family Residential Development is a project to build a two-story building with seven apartments on I Street. The project has been reviewed by the Design Review Committee and is recommended for approval. The project includes design features like architectural details and outdoor lighting, as well as adjustments to building entrances and vision clearance areas. The project meets all criteria and is exempt from environmental assessment. Public notification has been given, and the committee will hold a public hearing on the project.
