“Dungeons and Dragons: The Quest for the Timm Patio Overhang”
In the town of Eureka, the Historic Preservation Commission is faced with a new project proposed by Doris J. Timm to construct a patio overhang on her historic property located at 226 15th Street. The property, listed on the Local Register of Historic Places, holds great significance in the town’s history as a classic Craftsman bungalow-style residence.
Adventurers are called upon to investigate the proposed project and ensure it complies with the town’s historical preservation standards. The party must navigate the streets of the 15th Street Neighborhood, known for its well-preserved historic homes, and gather information about the proposed overhang.
As the party delves deeper into the investigation, they discover that the overhang is not as simple as it seems. Rumors swirl of ancient curses surrounding the property and whispers of a hidden treasure buried beneath the concrete patio. The adventurers must uncover the truth behind these legends while also ensuring that the construction of the overhang does not disturb the property’s historical integrity.
Throughout their quest, the party will encounter obstacles such as riddles left by the original builders of the property, traps set by mischievous spirits, and puzzles that require them to think creatively to progress. They must also navigate political tensions within the town, as some residents oppose any changes to the historic properties, while others see the potential benefits of the new overhang.
Ultimately, the party’s choices will determine the fate of the Timm Patio Overhang. Will they approve the construction, allowing Doris J. Timm to proceed with her plans, or will they uncover dark secrets that force them to halt the project? Only the adventurers can decide the outcome of this historic preservation quest.
