If anyone ever wants to get away from civilization and be surrounded by beauty, solitude, and raw nature, I highly recommend this hidden gem. A deserted black sand beach stretches for miles to the north, and while hiking, we only passed the occasional hippy backpacker on their 3 day journey to complete The Lost Coast Trail.
