Join Amy and Steve on their weekly date night! We will be celebrating the release of Boldt Genever-style Gin Barrel-Aged Redcrest Rye Ale - a truly Humboldt collaboration including Alchemy Distillery and Six Rivers Brewery with help from Beck’s Bakery and Grant Camp Ranch in Redcrest. This event will feature beer samples, appetizers and samples of Boldt’s Barrel-aged Genever-style Gin! More about the Redcrest Rye Ale from Six Rivers: Brewed with Crisp Pale Ale Malt, White Wheat Malt, and unmalted locally sourced Gazelle Rye from Redcrest, Ca harvested by John LaBoytaeux and milled by our friends at Alchemy Distillery (who even joined Carlos for the brew!). This copper colored ale delivers a distinct rye flavor in harmonious balance with Sterling and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. A cold fermentation and aging period produces a lager like character and a pleasant rye finish. Try pairing it with cured meats and an aged Cheddar cheese. 5% ABV 26 IBU.
