Tracey Barnes Priestley invites you to take a break from the noise of the week and spend a relaxed hour of respectful conversation and quiet connection. This class is simply taking an hour to pause and remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone. This is a welcoming gathering where people can listen, talk if they wish or simply be present. There’s no pressure, no fixing, and no debating - just respectful conversation and quiet connection.
