Water Dance Art Exhibition/Benefit

Art Exhibition / Benefit… New free flowing hand carved bay laurel sculptures by local wood artist John McAbery. Living without electricity or phone in his one room hand built cabin at the very edge of the ocean, Lost Coast wood artist, John McAbery, creates unique gravity defying intricate sculptures, all hand carved from solid blocks of windfall California bay laurel. The natural designs are inspired by the ocean, sky, wind and waves around him. There will also be a Silent Auction and Raffle of John’s carvings benefiting some great local Community Groups (The Salmon Group, MRC, The Local Schools, Fire Dept., Comm. Center, etc.). Art Posters and Cards of John’s sculptures also available. Have fun at the beach here in Petrolia and see some amazing one of a kind wood art at the Community Center too!
