A WFA w/ bln hair driving a drk blu GMC SUV stops regularly at about 0800 hrs and dumps leftover bread products and bird seed at the edge of the road outside pasture where RP keeps her horse which causes the horse to lean on fence. RP has asked the xray to stop and she refuses stating it's not the RP's property. RP was advised to attempt to obtain the plate on the vehicle for possible courtesy contact with the xray by PD.
