According to an Oregon State Police Trooper, suspects in a car he was chasing actually flung evidence of their illegal behavior in his face. Officer Clay Core said that, while in pursuits reaching up to 110 miles per hour, both the driver and the passenger were ripping open bags of marijuana and tossing it out of the vehicle. The pot was “pelting” his car.
While some folk might consider this an early Christmas present, the officer was not amused—nor were the deputies that had to work into the night and the next day gathering the pot pellets to be used as evidence.
