This week in Bigfoot: Please enjoy the latest release by Lenny Green, the Johnny Cash of ‘squatch ballads.
According to Green’s amazing homepage, he was Del-Fi Records labelmates with Ritchie Valens and Frank Zappa, and had his songs covered by Pat Boone and Floyd Cramer. He was also a police officer and Navy veteran.
A little background from the Youtube description:
Lenny [Green] with filmaker Rowdy Kelley and crew return to Bluff Creek area in 2014 for the filming of “Where Are You Now, Patty”. This song was written in tribute to “Patty” the famed creature from the Patterson-Gimlin film, now approaching its 50th anniversary in 2017.
