In case you are one of the people wondering, a 22-year-old male fled from Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies this morning near Sequoia Park prompting a lockdown of nearby Washington School. 

Just after 10 a.m., the Eureka Police Department was requested to assist in locating the suspect, says EPD PIO Brittany Powell. Not long after, the suspect was taken into custody near Wood and P streets. 

Washington School’s lockdown has been lifted. Fin.
