Now that we’ve got all that out of our system, it’s time to make peace with the world and watch these spring ducklings frolic through Sequoia Park.
Local photographer Alan Peterson shares this Facebook video taken at the park’s duck pond earlier this month.
“A clutch of eight ducklings has emerged from one of the newly-installed Wood Duck nest boxes in Sequoia Park,” Peterson writes on Facebook. “Their mother escorts them out from the pond’s island for several feeding sessions a day, punctuated by naps in the sun.”
