Local CHP officers were treated to a little whale watching during a helicopter training session along the Humboldt coast this week.

“While conducting a training flight, the CHP located whales off the coast of Trinidad,” the CHP wrote on Facebook today. “Not everyone has the opportunity to view things like this so we thought we’d share it with our followers.”
