THURSDAY LOWDOWN: Hahas for Humboldt

You could probably use the kind of release that laughter provides, right? Riiight. ‘Cuz of how everything kinda sucks? Lucky for you, against all odds and logic, the Savage Henry Comedy Festival is somehow happening in Humboldt again and it kicks off Thursday. Gimme a “Haha.”

Fair warning: This thing is a lot. If you’ve never attempted to wrap your brain around this organism, good luck. Over the next three days, more local venues than you can feasibly hope to visit across Eureka and Arcata will host over 100 comedians during countless shows. Here’s the trick: You can pay for all these shows individually like a dork, or you can buy an all-access wristband that instantly makes you a big deal who can access any and all of them. Your choice.

Oh, and if you’d like breakdowns for the full Thursday, Friday and Saturday schedules, well, the days listed in this sentence are hyperlinked for a reason. Happy hunting.

Less hilarious Thursday gatherings can be found in your Lowdown listings below.
