Since early April the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) has been conducting an investigation
into Angela Lockwood (32 years old from Arcata) for trafficking drugs and guns in Humboldt County.
The HCDTF has arrested Lockwood on multiple previous occasions for illegal drugs and firearms.
Lockwood was out of jail on bail for a previous HCDTF arrest. Lockwood is a convicted felon and is not
allowed to possess firearms.
On Monday May 2nd, 2022 at approx. 9:30am HCDTF agents served a search warrant on Lockwood’s
residence in the 700 block of Fickle Hill Rd. in Arcata. Agents detained Lockwood and her roommate,
Daniel Lehman (37 years old from Arcata) without incident.
HCDTF Agents conducted a search of the residence and located 7 firearms, 2 partial firearms, 3 ounces of
methamphetamine, 2 grams of fentanyl, 2 grams of DMT, digital scales, packaging materials, and a large
amount of US Currency. Lockwood & Lehman were transported to the Humboldt County Jail where they
were booked for the following charges:
11378 H&S Possession of methamphetamine for sale
113666.5 H&S Operating or maintaining a drug house
11370.1 H&S Possession of controlled substance while armed
29800 PC Felon in possession of a firearm
30305(a) PC Felon in possession of ammunition
30605 PC Possession of an assault weapon
12022.1 PC Committing a felony while out on bail
