Few souls are brave enough to venture out to the North Jetty during a calm day at sea, let alone during a hail, snow and monster-wave extravaganza like the one that hit the North Coast yesterday.

Luckily, YouTube user @Joshua Vining took their done out for a spin at the jetty yesterday, and uploaded the footage seen above to the internet for all us cowards to enjoy.

Yesterday’s waves reportedly reached up to 30 feet, and the National Weather Service forecasts that 20 to 25-foot waves will slam the Humboldt’s coastline today.

That’s some serious gnar-nage brah.
