Lowdown: Farm to Table Dinner at Redwood Acres Tonight

Hopefully y’all are recovered from this weekend’s various seafood eating obligations. Monday is kicking off with more local chow.

In anticipation of this weekend’s Best of Humboldt Fair, Redwood Acres Fairgrounds is holding its annual Farm to Table Dinner. Cheerlead your neighbor food producers as you consume their eats and enjoy speechifying on the importance of buying local. Oh, also, this is a fundraiser for Friends of Redwood Acres.

We also hear that human fair attraction Birdman Joe Krathwohl will be in attendance with his feathered condor/cassowary team. Squawk! More events in your Lowdown listings below. —AG
