KHUM is 20 and is Having a Party Saturday Night
As most of you probably know, your Lost Coast Outpost is kept dry by the Lost Coast Communications umbrella, a covering that also contains several local radio stations. Guess what! The most ancient and most ruleless of those stations is celebrating a birthday today. Yes, KHUM is 20 years old. While it may not legally be able to drink, that leaves more for the rest of us.
Would you like to come to LoCO’s sister’s birthday? Then scurry over to the Adorni Center Saturday night for libations (courtesy Briceland Vineyards Winery, Lost Coast Brewery, Mad River Brewery, Eel River Brewery, Redwood Curtain Brewing Company, and Six Rivers Brewery) and grub (courtesy Folie Douce, Ramone’s Bakery & Cafe, and Rita’s) as well as music from The Striped Pig Stringband, The Hip Joint and Object Heavy.
Way to age, KHUM. —AG
