Day 1 of the Kinetic Grand Championship starts on the Plaza in Arcata, California at the noon whistle every Memorial Day weekend. The racers then navigate through the Arcata Bottoms, the Manila dunes, before making their way over the Samoa Bridges on to Eureka’s Halverson Park.
