Sunday, Dec. 31

Whether your 2023 was fantastic, pretty crappy, or just a kind of “meh”, it’s time to bid adieu to the year that was, slough off all the bad decisions of the past, and welcome 2024, a year that is sure to be superior to all past years and will finally bring you the peace and good fortune you have been waiting for.

If you haven’t already, you might want to head on over to The Top Stories of 2023, to review some of the news that happened this year. After taking a moment to reflect, you have LoCO’s full permission to party your face off (responsibly, of course.)

Perhaps you like to celebrate the yearly transition with a fancy dinner with friends, a mellow night of jazz, or by dancing the night away to live music. Whatever kind of fun it is you’re looking for on NYE, Humboldt has got you covered! Check out our local NYE festivities, as posted on the Lowdown, below.
