Wednesday, Sept. 25
Natty Vibes, Turtles, Aliens
Here are four very different ways you could spend your Wednesday evening, HumCo:
- ¡Uno!: You could bask in sounds of Hawaiian reggae ambassadors Natural Vibrations — “Natty Vibes” to non-haoles.
- ¡Dos!: You could test your tolerance for horrible B-movies at the Arcata Theatre Lounge’s screening of Alien Contamination (1980). Hell, we dare you to sit through the three minute trailer (see above)!
- ¡Tres!: Uh, Turtle Races.
- ¡Cuatro!: You could refer to yesterday’s Lowdown and do that again.
If variety is the spice of life, Wednesday be one hot tamale! Ay ay ay!
