TUESDAY LOWDOWN: Chris Robinson vs. Flobots in Arcata

Happy Hanukkah, Humboldt! There’s a couple shows in Arcata on this overachieving Tuesday worth mentioning:

  • Former Black Crowes frontman continues to belt out bluesy, jammy, American rock with his current band Chris Robinson Brotherhood. Check out his beard this night at the Arcata Theatre Lounge and/or in the Youtube clip above on the left. 
  • If you owned a radio during the last decade you probably have heard Flobots‘ song “Handlebars” a few hundred times. Hear it again — ‘cept live, this time — when they take the stage at HumBrews (or in the clip at right above).
