FRIDAY LOWDOWN: Aussie Folk-Pop Star Set to Charm Arcata
Living in Humboldt, we’d venture to say we get to hear fewer accents, day-to-day, than people who live in more populated areas. Sometimes accents are nice to be around. This was the first weird thought that popped into our head as we were listening to the music of Australian singer/songwriter Ziggy Alberts, who will look to soothe ears gathered at the Arcata Theatre Lounge on Friday night. Maybe we need to take a trip soon.
