Humboldt funk/R&B stalwarts Object Heavy take on a big assignment at HumBrews on Friday night, where they’ll open up for one of their very favorite bands: Seattle soul slayers True Loves. Before tackling their main task for the week though, the Heavy boys stopped by the KHUM studios to play a few tunes in one of the station’s underutilized side rooms — We’re calling it the KHUM Broom Closet until we change our mind.
