There are Only Four Crabs Games Left This Year, Dumdum
Red alert. If you have not secured your “See a baseball game in the summer” check mark, well, you only have four more Humboldt Crabs games to do so. Wednesday night they play the Valley Bears. Please note: There are many possible variations on “Valley girls” and/or “I can’t ‘bear’ to watch you play baseball because you are bad at baseball” heckles you can construct here. Do your homework. Elsewhere Wednesday, The Siren’s Song Tavern again somehow offers Eureka free music, this time in the form of indie folk pop singer/songwriter Sarah Donner. In addition to possessing quirk and wit, Donner is also frequently photographed with cats. Also, sometimes she writes songs as a cat, as evidenced by her song “The Rebuttal of Schrödinger’s Cat” which can be heard below.
